How to prepare
- Boil the pasta as it appears on the bag in boiling water, and leave it aside until you complete the preparation of the rest of the ingredients.
- In a medium sized pot over medium heat, heat the oil.
- Add the onions and the meat and my heart until the meat dries completely, and until the onions soften, then add the garlic and my heart.
- Add the spices, salt, pepper and coriander, and stir until all the ingredients are mixed together.
- Finely chop the onion head.
- Put the oil on the stove until it boils.
- Put the onions on top of the oil, and stir-fry it until its color tends to golden.
- Add the garlic to the onions and stir well.
- Finely chop the tomatoes and add them to the onion and garlic mixture.
- Wait until the previous ingredients are cooked, and add salt, pepper and mixed spices.
- Put the tomato sauce on top of the previous ingredients and leave them until they blend.
- Pour the mixture with the pyrex bowl, and set it aside to prepare the bechamel sauce.

- Five cups of milk.
- Six tablespoons of flour.

How to prepare
- Put some milk on the stove.
- Add the flour to the milk until it mixes well.
- Add salt, pepper, Maggi and butter to the milk and mix well until the mixture thickens.
- Put the mixture in the oven until it thickens and matures.
- Divide the mixture in half.
- Bring a clean tray.
- Put part of the bechamel and some sauce inside the tray, then add the pasta mixture, meat, spices and stuffing that you had previously prepared, and mix the ingredients well.

Bechamel sauce :
- A cup of powdered milk, dissolved in a cup of hot water.

- Add the bechamel to the pasta and stir.

- Maggi chicken bouillon cube.

How to prepare
- Boil the pasta in boiling water, then drain it and set it aside until you use it.
- Put the chicken breasts in a pot over the fire and cover them with water, then add the onions, black pepper, cinnamon, allspice, cardamom, and salt.
- Leave the chicken breasts on the stove for about forty-five minutes to an hour, or until they are well cooked, then remove the pot from the heat.
- Lift the breasts out of the broth and leave them aside to cool.
- After the boiled chicken breasts have cooled, cut them into small cubes, or you can chop them as desired.
- Put the oil in a frying pan on the stove and add the onions and stir, then add the garlic, green peppers, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken stock cube, mix the ingredients well and leave them on the fire for ten minutes until the vegetables wither.
- Add the chopped chicken to the vegetables and stir them well, add the hot pepper, tomato sauce and hot sauce, then put the spices, black pepper, and salt and leave them on the fire for a quarter of an hour with continuous stirring.
- Divide the amount of pasta into two equal parts, then put a part of it in a bowl, add a little chicken sauce and the prepared bechamel to it and mix well, then pour the mixture into an oiled tray.
- Level the surface well, then put the remaining amount of chicken sauce and top it with bechamel, then insert the chicken noodle tray into the oven and leave it for fifteen minutes, then take it out, and serve it hot.
Advice
- When preparing the bechamel sauce, add the ingredients gradually so that the bechamel mixture does not clump.
- If the béchamel mixture clumps, you can filter it to remove the lumps.
- You can use any type of pasta that you like.
- You can omit chicken and meat or replace them with (chicken with minced meat), (minced meat with pulled chicken pieces).
